TaVieMD Policies and Procedures

Adhering to what we have in place will ensure we are able to deliver an exceptional experience to you from the time that you book with us throughout your appointment. Please contact us at 817-818-1740 if you have questions. 


Reservation Fee 
To book your appointment, a valid credit card will be required on file. A non-refundable reservation fee of $50 is required to book an appointment.


No Show Policy
We understand that unexpected events occur in life so we ask for your consideration of our time by rescheduling your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A $100 No Show non-refundable fee will be charged to your credit card on file and cannot be applied to future services.   


Cancellation Policy 
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a call or cancel your appointment online at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. 


Late Arrival 
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee we will be able to see you on the day of your appointment. However, if our schedule allows, without the risk of running late for another guest or rushing your service, we will provide services to you.  You may be charged a $50 late cancellation fee if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment and cannot be seen on that day.


Illness 
To protect the health of our guests and team members, we ask that if you are sick, not feeling well, or have recently been in close contact with someone who is sick, please kindly reschedule your appointment.   


Pre-Appointment Forms 
If you’ve been asked to complete a form, please do so prior to your appointment.  Forms will be emailed and or texted to you at the time of booking.  


Promotional Pricing 
All promotional pricing must be used by the expiration date and cannot be combined with any other offers. 


Children and Additional Guests 
For a more relaxing and rejuvenating experience, only those with scheduled appointments are allowed in our treatment rooms. Children below 13 years are not permitted within our MedSpa.    


Refunds 
There are no refunds on services provided. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us so we can discuss this further, and work with you to find a resolution.
